Refund Policy

At EthicalGrow, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your plant purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a transparent and fair refund policy.

This policy applies to all products purchased through the EthicalGrow Platform.

🌱 Live Plants

• You may request a replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery.
• The plant must be in its original condition (not repotted or damaged by you).
• Photos of the plant's condition are required for verification.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide photos showing the damage or defect.
• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

🔄 Incorrect Items

• If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
• We will send the correct item at no extra cost.
• If the correct item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• ❌ Plants that have been planted, repotted, or significantly altered.
• ❌ Plants that have died due to neglect or improper care (not within our control).
• ❌ Seeds that have been opened or planted.
• ❌ Digital products or gift cards.

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact our support team at support@ethicalgrow.in with your order number and reason for return.
2. Provide photos of the item (if applicable).
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.

Refund Timeline

• Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
• You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

• ✅ We will arrange for a replacement of the same plant (if in stock).
• ✅ If the plant is out of stock, we will offer a store credit or full refund.
• ✅ Replacements are shipped at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellation

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
• Full refund will be issued for cancelled orders.
• If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Vendor Cancellation

• Vendors may cancel orders due to stock unavailability.
• You will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued.

• Shipping costs for returns due to damaged or incorrect items will be covered by EthicalGrow.
• Shipping costs for returns due to change of mind or other reasons will be borne by the buyer.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
